Litigation
Where disputes involve matters that may not legally be the subject of settlement or compromise, or where both parties are unable to agree to submit the dispute to ADR, recourse to the judicial system may be required. We take pride in our established litigation track record as well as our reputation for probity and integrity. We have represented clients before all levels of the judicial system from the first-level courts up to the Supreme Court.
